Usage of themes:

You may use the theme for commercial or personal usage. However Themes used for commercial or personal usage should have footer credentials of our website (Themes21 or SKT Themes).

In case you don’t want the footer credentials you may opt to purchase the PRO version of the theme.

Once you download the theme you are bound by this agreement between us (Themes21) and you as defined in this webpage.

Copyright:

Photo: Photographs have been used from sites like Pixabay and flickr. However they do mention Creative Commons Media commercial usage free but we would still like our customers to either replace the images or either have credit to the actual image of these sites or to the author if using for free so as to avoid any copyright issues in future. Or else kindly purchase Copyright free images and replace the demo theme images.

Coding: Our codes have been done from scratch and due to the nature of WordPress they too are open source and hence one may edit the codes at will.

License:

Our themes are licensed under GPL v3. And hence one may use these themes as long as they wish for and in as many websites as they want.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the product we do not offer any refunds for any PRO version themes you may have bought from our other partner websites. However we do offer complete support for PRO themes and also willing to help you via Skype, email and phone support if needed.

Support:

Support for FREE version of theme is limited and as time allows we will send responses via emails. However for PRO version we send emails within 24 hours and one may even request for Skype or Phone support.

Law:

We fall in India and hence the website and its owners are governed by Laws in India. However copyright and Intellectual and IP rights are governed by World bodies in actual.
